They don't even have to communicate with us if they don't want to. Of course not communicating with the shareholders does not help build shareholder value, but if you read the sec regs for publicly traded companies the only communication requirements are that a company file material events with the SEC, file a qtrly and annual report with the SEC and if a vote needs to be undertaken by the shareholders an annual meeting or special shareholders meeting must be held. Other than that, they don't have to pr anything, they don't have to answer shareholder inquiries through phonecalls or internet emails. The fact that the CEO is responding to emails when he doesn't have to is a very welcome development and despite my unwaivering support of this company in which I have more shares than I ever thought possible, I am very glad as a shareholder to see the emails and learn that Mr. Brandhuber is taking the proactive steps by hiring a ir firm and planning a roadshow later this year that will include an appearance on CNBC. I cannot wait for his appearance on CNBC and keeping my fingers crossed that it happens.
