Although I agree to an extent that he should likely not have come in here un prepared, which is obviously what transpired. I'm not going to give him a hard time over it, nor would I allow that incident to reflect on anyone else.

To have a sales person tweet about something someone said on the net, who cares. Not losing any sleep over it. Cut the guy some slack, he's obviously not accustomed to dealing with such mindsets. Bet he's a bit more the wise at this point though, no?
