What you consider assets may not be considered assets to others. Variables must be presented if you believe a holding entity is about to merge. You are right when you look at 12/13 filings with only 25k cash. That seems to be a joke. Christ I think it cost half that just to file 12/13. On the other hand nol's are an asset with more in depth variable analysis needed. I just don't believe there is enough money to be made in the death spirals if only $39 a day is being generated. Either the scam is dead or a new entity demand is created. I like the later.
