CARROLLTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / January 26, 2015 /
Med-Cannabis Pharma, Inc. (MCPI) is is pleased to announce new additions and plans for the New Year, 2015. At the close of 2014, MCPI embarked on a new Joint Venture with Royal Tree Organics to begin a new premier medical marijuana grow facility to produce high quality medicine to market at two of its dispensaries in the state of Oregon. Now at the beginning of the new year MCPI has acquired a new medical marijuana license in the state. This new license creates the opportunity for continued expansion in the market via the opening of an additional dispensary. Currently, MCPI is in the process of building out lease space for occupancy of the dispensary focusing on the area of the Oregon Coast. This location will enhance our ability to bring high quality medicine to market and increase our visibility throughout the state of Oregon. This is in addition to the two dispensaries with currently operating licenses acquired by MCPI last year. By investing in acquiring new licenses MCPI will be able to plan ahead concerning the creation of more dispensaries, which once completed and occupied will have the advantage of an already acquired license. This will allow the dispensaries to begin operation quickly, and decrease the wait time for revenue generation for the company.
In addition to looking forward, the joint venture with Royal Tree Organics remains a high priority and MCPI has already taken steps to ensure its success. Royal Tree Organics (RTO) and its founders Chad Holland and Bryce Davis have the growing and operational expertise and proven track record to produce a high quality medical marijuana product, and MCPI through investments and the joint venture with RTO have begun the crucial step of identifying and procuring a location for the Joint Venture Grow Facility in Oregon. Currently MCPI is in negotiations to finalize the space and location to host the premier grow facility to be operated by the Joint Venture. It is a vital step in realizing the goal of producing the best product to bring to market and is invaluable in light of the acquisition of the new medical marijuana license. As dispensaries and licenses to operate and sell in Oregon increase, the impact of the Joint Venture with RTO will be vital for providing the type of medicinal marijuana that patients need and want. MCPI’s additions in the two key areas of the medical marijuana industry, grow facility and licensed dispensaries will work hand in hand by allowing MCPI to control its business growth and viability in the market without having to be dependent on outside suppliers and dispensaries to generate revenues and returns on investments. In the new year, you can expect to see MCPI and its partners such as RTO to take continued steps to achieving the highest degree of control and certainty in the industry through focused work on its grow facility and expansion of licensed dispensaries in Oregon to sell MCPI’s own superior product.
In anticipation of the company growth, President, Graciela Moreno said “2015 should be very exciting for anyone involved with MCPI!”
