As you have suggested recently. He might not even posses his shares any longer as a result of chap. 8 Bankruptcy last year. "If" that's the situation, any slight incentive to stick around here has probably evaporated. "Another update is coming over the holiday weekend, dated 24 December, 2014.

Hello March 3rd, 2015 and still no promised update. He sure is consistent in all the wrong ways. That might of been the last bit of correspondence altogether. I think the gig is up.
