Good Afternoon - As requested by multiple Shareholders - here's a quick summary of HHSE production activities (titles listed ALPHABETICALLY):

BONOBOS: BACK TO THE WILD - In final post / audio-stages; planned for USA Premiere April 23, 2015; THEATRICAL / VIDEO / V.O.D. / TELEVISION

CHAMPIONSHIP SOCCER * - Final wrap-around with host scheduled for shooting / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

CLOWN TOWN * - Production team hired - planned for Summer '2015 shoot (Arkansas) / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

DINOSAURS OF THE JURASSIC * - One more paleontologist expert to interview, then final editing for a MAY DVD shipment / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

DOG & PONY SHOW - Principal photography starts April (So. California) / NORTH AMERICAN RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA.

EXTREME OPERATIVE - Principal photography starts April (Mexico) / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

LEGEND OF BELLE STARR - Production shoot delayed pending cast scheduling / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

LION PRINCE - Planned for audio work in June, 2015, release in October / NORTH AMERICAN RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

MOTHER GOOSE: JOURNEY TO UTOPIA - Co-production offer in U.K. being considered; other financing elements committed. Plan to shoot in Summer 2015 / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

PRIMATE * - Production team hired - planned for Summer '2015 shoot (Pennsylvania) / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

SHADOW VISION * - Production team hired - planned for Fall '2015 shoot (Arkansas) / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

SHUCK AND JIVE * - Production team hired - planned for Summer '2015 shoot (Kansas) / WORLDWIDE RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

WILD OATS - Film in post-production, planned for Fall '2015 release / NORTH AMERICAN RIGHTS (Option for producers to buyout HHSE's rights for assignment to Weinstein Company)

WITHIN SCREAMING DISTANCE - film in pre-production - HHSE not producing, only acting as North American distributor for Odyssey Pictures / NORTH AMERICAN RIGHTS, ALL MEDIA

* Indicates films that will ultimately be "owned" by Hannover House (in some cases, transfer of ownership to HHSE is subject to tax and recoupment issues). The financing / licensing agreements for the other titles listed above have been structured in a manner that limits the equity ownership by Hannover House / or limits the term of distribution rights.
