Correct me if I'm wrong, people, but if someone posts that a car dealership's "license has been suspended" as a FACT ....isn't this considered a very important revelation concerning the future of the security in question? ....Couldn't someone be falsely manipulated by a lie of this nature?

Dog seems to feel he can post this type of false information without any recourse???? ....That's simply not right!!

EXAMPLES:

If I posted that Microsof had definitely broken a law that they really haven't ...isn't that posting false information about MSFT and subject to legal action?

If I posted that Intel's chips were found to be defective when really they weren't ....then isn't that posting false information about INTC and subject to legal action?

If I posted that Dell fired their CEO but they really didn't ....then isn't that posting false information about DELL and subject to legal action?

....It's far better just to stick with the TRUTH rather than try to manipulate this investment via lies and possibly face legal action (or even jail time!!).
