That's my first instinct. I will have to do some more work obviously. and anyone here should do their own DD..

I am not buying because of what I see today. If these guys should learn one thing that would be not invest in MMPR applicant.. True Leaf has great mgmt and chairman but that doesn't mean that they will get their mmpr license and be profitable.

As for shell company, Mike W. may have some ideas which should have been disclosed with shareholders. There is no mention of this attempt on monthly progress reports and that's shaddy if you ask me. They mentioned investment in True Leaf in summer but never disclosed the details. They are spending shareholders' and private investors' money so it should have been disclosed. Don't be surprised to see another BCSC investigation on this. I am sure Nikcy's hooligans had dialed the numbers already.

So far, True leaf has been a bad decision dollar wise..you can buy the stock for %50 discount today. What a dumb move...

Mike was also involved with Chlormet Technologies back in the day per SEDI filings I had seen, another MMPR applicant.

I don't wanna hold while I am away because I don't wanna think about this or anything negative in my vacation. Even I start selling today it will take me while to unload 10K shares a day..a

Anyways, sometimes shell plays can bring good results if you buy them cheap.. .05$CAD could be good entry for that shell.. and sell on news.. all KOSHER IMO..
