I understand (or guess) this is coming from Russian origins, but is it not Parkin or the Canadians' duties here to correct these mistakes? I am really shocked here. This has been going on for too long.

I understand Parkin is under a lot of stress + work. At least have the janitor read it over. It is not just one silly mistake, rather several in a very short PR. I am worried of the ramifications this holds for us.
