Great place as there are no close neighbors to protest grow house.
Looks like a horrible location IMHO
But that is based on my younger years running a small remote farm.
NO Water
NO Electrical
NO improved roads
They better start drilling a well early. It is very expensive, even when everything goes right, and downright insane when they don't. An early start might allow them to defer the cost to investors over more years. Trucking water in there would cost them the farm!
Roads were typically not a big issues except for seasonal floods, muds, and snows. But we had a great snowplow (ugh don't miss those mornings)!
Electrical clear out there!! What can I say but BEND OVER!! Solar, generators, windmills are options but mega bucks!! We lived on Diesel fuel! But it was a lot cheaper back then!
Just my opinion.... If it were me, I would build in a much more hospitable space! It is an enclosed metal building. If you can get a permit in a better spot (which many have), who cares what the neighbors say!!
There are two Medical MJ "growers" around the corner from where I work (in town)! The only way I knew they were there was from the weld shop nearby (same landlord)!!
