Won't see one till after June IF there is to be one. Dror(CEO) has shares in the company that cant be sold until July. I don't know how the preferred share situation works, but assuming they would get affected by an RS, he wouldn't do it till July. We rally HARD for a very LONG time very SOON.

PS- The market tends to view RS's different light anyway, proof being ECIG. ; )
