I doubt this is one for the FDA. In fact, I am sure this is not about the FDA since SUGO hasn't officially sold a single medical device yet. However if they're fundraising/marketing in a senior center, then the FBI might be interested in what information was exchanged at this event... SEC probably doesn't care since this is OTC

Or maybe it's just odd SUGO wouldn't provide any credits or production details as is commonly expected of a professional advertising video.
