Timing of the R/S - When have they repeatedly told you debt will be significantly reduced or eliminated? The end of March or Early April, correct. What did they say must happen before they do a R/S? Debt must be significantly reduced or eliminated. So in what time frame do you think they are most likely going to play the R/S card? That is the dark cloud hanging over this stock that is holding it down and will not allow it to run to penny land as some have projected. The sooner the R/S happens then the better for those with hopes this stock will become an investment opportunity. Holding this stock prior to the coming R/S is like playing Russian roulette in my opinion, on any morning you could wake up with a 50% - 75% loss.
