It seems IDTA to all intents and purposes has been inducted into what has been referred to as the government octopus. Make certain you understand AND appreciate what a fine line Yaacov must now tread. On one hand he must honour any contract protocols on the other he needs to communicate effectively with shareholders. TALL ORDER.
My concern is the CEO does not abuse one responsibility {shareholder/CEO interaction} for {secrecy} as this has been known to happen all to often as a CEO becomes more comfortable within the octopus. So far Yaacov is getting top marks from this poster all I'm saying is I'm watching closely for the CEO to remain communicable and approachable which is very much in his best interests.
Cheers... Rich
