Profit takers, folks who were underwater on it so they get out even or get out to cut their losses, insiders need cash, etc. and well, it's just the way charts work. This could go to .44 eventually unless this financing deal dumps millions of shares on the market. I wish everyone here success but I strongly suggest learning how to read a chart. Hoping and wishing are not safe ways to trade or invest.
