What's more likely that a guy who has the intelligence to at least be aware of a business opportunity of this magnitude let alone position himself, at least on paper, to be a leader in said industry, even if the whole thing is a scam you would have to be somewhat bright to put together something of this magnitude. For him to put out pics from the Vencor site as if they were pics he just took as a ploy to dupe investors seems a little elementary for a man whom is at least competent enough to get our money. It's IMPOSSIBLE to be that stupid and that smart at the same time
