And I'm thinking UNGS owns the majority because the land was purchased in $2006 for 300k. So real estate value goes up right? Now if you look at the sale to Valvasone Investments then you will see two folio numbers....so it appears to have been subdivided IMO into two lots idk for sure. Anyhow it was sold in June of this year IMO on the cheep. Not to undervalue the property value but to overvalue UNGS interest in the overall control of the investment into the marina meaning we appear to own more of the marina based on those assumptions and today's values.
