Sam......it certainly is per the following statement.

"In some embodiments, the dryer 320 may employ non- thermal, kinetic disintegration, pulverization that may be provided, for example, by a kinetic disintegration system (KDS). As such, in some embodiments, the dryer 320 may be embodied as a non-thermal, kinetic disintegration, pulverization device."
