I hope all of you who plan to vote "no" at least wait until closer to the deadline for submitting your votes. What happened to everyone's total faith in management after the last SHM? I, too, hate the dilution of shares but I have to assume management feels they have no choice in the matter at this point. I would rather trust them than IHubbers on this board who don't have all the facts. The latest news out of Ft. Myers has been good and hopefully will keep getting better.
