I can tell you that Whorehay is still in business....I believe on his own. He sent a mass distribution email on a beverage conference in Mexico last Tuesday.

It came from Cube18, his private company and there were no references to Premier Brands.

Everyone worked for the private companies so if he moved on, maybe all the employees did as well.
