morgan stanley, I'm set up on annual account with unlimited trades for $1000/year. So I can trade 20x a day or 20x a month it doesn't matter. It has worked out pretty well, the biggest down side is it's set up so easy that sometimes I tend to trade too impulsively, whereas if I had to pay a commision I may not have such a quick trigger finger.
