Considering that all of us put together on this board are not nearly enough to get this defeated (I think anyway) maybe management will look at it for what it is. A statement saying many shareholders are upset and need to know more of the whys of all this. I think it's important to let them know by numbers that we are not happy with not knowing. They seem to want a blank check without any information as to why. They don't need to tell all, but give the people supporting this company with their dollars (and future investors) some shareholder respect and communication. If they bit off more than they can chew, shame on them. I still have faith but they need to be more open about what's going on and I definitely think they don't need personal reward until they show some results that are somewhat proportional to the amount asked for. The dilution could be a killer for the retail investors. I know you need to pay for top people, but they also are responsible to show some results. IMO. Cj
