In fact, all Manzo does is PUMP. Nothing that's mentioned in press releases is ever substantiated or verifiable. Has he ever shown shareholders his business plan? Does he even have one? If he's serious, he does. Also, issuing restricted shares is completely consistent with reckless dilution. The restriction is very short lived. If you want to issue free trading shares, the company must file documents with the SEC, which pump & dumpers obviously won't do.

Don't forget: the shareholders own the company; not Ken Manzo and Ray Barton.
