Interesting little tidbit from todays OTC filing:b). LITIGATION COUNSEL – During the above reporting period,Company contracted for the services of George B. Morton, Esq., to prepare and file a civil lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court for damages to the Company, its shareholders and officers from four known individuals who have perpetuated falsehoods and disparging accusations in concert with manipulative trading activities to damage the stock’s share price. The timing of the filing of this litigation is planned for March, 2015.
