I find it very coincidental that Bayside has sold off the Petroleum portion of the Company and then right afterwards there is a rumor of Coinbase is in talks with BYSD for some sort of Acquisition. Almost seems like there is already a deal made and the Bayside Petroleum wasn't part of the deal so it was sold off in advance.

BYSD - Anyone else care to comment?
