You should write to BCAP and ask. High probability is 0 shares at this point. Their model is to convert and sell to reinvest in new business, not invest for the long-term in one company.

Recall from BCAP's most recent filing in August 2014, the goal was to stop investing in OTC:Pink and only be in companies with audited financials (OTCQB). $WOGI doesn't have audited financials. Very simple if one follows what the company's say.

For comparison purposes: Same with TG** --- PR from a few weeks ago showed a total exit, except for Mr. Clarke's debt. Again, OTC:Pink. And Mr. Clarke is out of $WOGI, and Mr. Hall is out of TG**.

In any event with respect to $WOGI: no former management, and no consulting agreements. That's in the PR's from both companies.
