That is not the main point in AD. The REAL money would come from mass screening. However, since there is no treatment, there is no reason to do mass screening.

And if mass screening were done, the numbers would have to be along the lines of the test reported to have close to 100% accuracy.

This is not new information. If you are sick, you want to know what is wrong. Until you find out, you are not sure if there is something to do for it. Now, there are a couple of exceptions, and Huntington's chorea is one of them.
