it's a shrug for right now. sounds somewhat preliminary. they quoted a 2 year timeline to complete their international expansion recently, but I think they will find those last markets will take them more time. some of the things YOD ran through would impact netflix as well....process will not likely go faster just becasue they are larger....could go slower as they are a larger name and will get more scrutiny and have to jump through more hoops.
