Assets were sold for $6 million I believe. They kept the trade shows and some web properties. The trade show business is growing quite fast. 3D Print Week in NYC Next month will be quite the show. I would like to see recent earnings though to get a better idea of current revenues. The company has a decent chunk of change and Alan has forgiven a huge amount of debt as he continues buying the stock.
