The reason I posted about the Colorado litigation is because I don't know what is involved and was asking if anyone might have a clue about it- But as I'm reading posts recently- I'm a basher and most aren't even interested in discussing anything except what kind of new car they are buying with their soon to be millions of dollars. Since it is from 2006 it seems that yes the company could/should quickly address it in a pr. If it's not a concern to shareholders let them know. Seems reasonable .

A post that it was about some bitter indian being behind a lawsuit [ I'm para phrasing quite liberally here] doesn't seem accurate to me.
