shipbuilder, Of course we don't know exactly who is shorting PPHM today. I doubt that the who is a single entity over time. We can't say who is shorting or who is buying a long position at the lowest possible price, or who is doing both. Hedging is a reasonable guess, or maybe it's MOM & POP smile

Company suppression is another possibility, but I believe the ultimate strategy is to accumulate at the lowest possible price.

PPHM is priced way below value, but won't always be!
