Just read sierra report.. As we all know sierra is not creditable. That being said They may have screwed us with a PR. Maybe Wayne has to rewrite and address this matter in the up coming pr.

I spent several hours looking in to the Marina deal along with other board members. I believe this is legit and we will see a Marina soon. All deed searchs are looking good (IMO IMO IMO) I was excited to hear a leak regarding financing. If financing occurs then probably no dilution to raise money (IMO)
