yes .. Historically it runs higher into the Q1 Earnings Release ...
BUT, then it Historically falls after that . . . ... SO, I would not recommend holding through the Release.
I would take any profits you can before Thursday afternoon. If you see any spike in price, the volatility of your Call option will rise and will then cause your Call option price to accelerate higher faster. I would take advantage of that if you can by selling into any big price spike.
All of this is IMHO, of course, based only on Historical Analysis.
