There is new litigation from Colorado [2006] and other litigation that I didn't post from that other time. And there is new info from the secratary of the state of LA. which I posted- And at the time I posted about the litigation as with this time- only one person wanted to discuss it- [Party Sasquatch] . I was hoping maybe someone this time might have the answers to those that were still unresolved [ Party Sasquatch was pretty amazing last time helping out].

I notice if a poster [ insert any name ] calls the company and says something like " I just got off the phone with so and so at the company and we are in for great news" no one cares that the poster doesn't tell anyone what the info is. or if someone dares ask- the poster will say- call yourself .
And sadly if I call or someone else we don't get the same answer if any.

I have some good info and am long the stock- what I'm trying to do is find a reason to hold long term versus selling during the inevitable runnup.

I also notice that other " more respected posters" can repost positive opinions and info almost weekly. I posted in January that I didn't believe PBLS would file a form 10 by February and am doubtful they will file by summers end . To be more blunt I don't think PBLS is in a hurry to file and that's OK as long as they are doing other things behind the scene.


As far as my post to chapter54 it has to do with Capital resources and what I believe will happen to the stock in the coming months- so I made my bet so to speak and am now trying to decide what I will do if/when the event happens.

And finally I apoligise if you think my info is old, I understand many here have been invested in PBLS for a long time and it's tiresome to read the same stuff -[especially if it isn't real positive] but I will say that I got nearly 2 dozen PM's thanking me for posting the info from investors that were unaware of the info- [ the litigation info never has made it to Pnew's site or the info box here]

Like I said I am long here and will try and add more value with my future postings.
