Of interest to all whom own any " CHINA " is that the Nation of China has for the second time this year again cut its interest rate! Just as when our " FED " reduces rates, it makes it easier for companies to borrow. This increases a Company's ability to purchase or expand!

It also indicates that the Government is PRO Business!
