IMHO, it was done unethically and with very poor professionalism. There are very few other CEO's who are given their positions because their father is the founder. Most CEO's on the Street actually earn their position the hard way - are publicly appointed, and when they don't perform, their out. Not this CEO however. His dad gave him the CEO position - what does that tell you?
Great pipeline - mostly all developmental. ESS is a real product. MSPrecise appears tobe the next hopeful revenue generating Dx, followed by LymPro. Outstanding employee coposition, genius CSO, one of a kind BOA & BOD - but atrocious CEO. I would not hold this security into a planned and inevitable RS, as I believe it will be massive, and many small "mom & pop" type shareholders will be unknowingly evicerated.
Interesting to see 'others' following me here - they too know this thread is for "keeping it real"....
