Anyone can sell Dr-70 off patent..But who wants to..It is useless as a stand alone..We all agree... SRL and Metropolis are selling currently under an agreement with AMDL Diagnostics Inc. and not Uni-Pharma as we type you understand.....Uni-was selling to SRL in India, Korea, Taiwan, Viet Nam, etc.. from June 6, 2013 to June 3, 2014...That gave Uni-Pharma only one year to receive monies from the territories..Did we receive $100,000 or was the agreement ever signed..I believe the agreement was never signed..Did you see a signed agreement? Neither did we..imo Wolf

RXPC agrees not to grant to any entity the exclusive right to sell the Licensed Products for any purpose that would directly compete with the Licensed Products in the Territory during the term of this Agreement. This also includes the direct or indirect sale of a Licensed Product, whether in a re-packed form or a resale. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RXPC shall have the right to license the Licensed Products, the Licensed Know-How, and the Licensed Patents to other parties as long as such additional licenses are not exclusive.
