And with Philip Bradley you keep talking about him signing the 10K, but that completely misses the point. He is not part of the bios that must be provided for all officers and board members. Why was he missing from last years 10K bios for officers and board members? I can provide a link and quote the necessary part of the 10K if necessary. But you seemed to recognize he was missing and mentioned there would be an amended 10K to include his bio. Why do you think the company failed to provide that amended 10K?
