IBroke. Nice find... Just looked up Angie's stake with BTZO. She received 500M shares of BTZO for an exchange of 51% ownership of Cleo Jewellery. In exchange BTZO will offer Management fee of $5,000 per month to BTZO for marketing and such. Another performance incentive is if Cleo generates over $1M of revenue in a year, Angie gets $100K worth of BTZO shares and $200K another 100K shares and so on.
