I believe that someone already posted DD showing that Vakser owned those 2 websites. Correct me if I am wrong, I may be.

PS, who is this 'teacher's pet' Mike Rizzo? lol. He speaks the English language well but he doesn't appear to have a 1/2 an ounce of common sense. Luther answers this schulb's questions always. Well how about Mike Rizzo asks how Luther will fit the PRPM shares into SUTI if there's not enough room in the authorized? That affects both SUTI and PRPM shareholders.

I believe Looter's statement is that the bazillion shares were turned over to the yet-to-be-identified-seller (It wasn't Eddie. Who is this Eddie that everyone keeps referring to?)
