I don't know why you continue to LIE about the court case being thrown out. Even by your bazaar/bizarre math only 50% of case was thrown out. Fact is case is ongoing in the discovery phase. That will be interesting to see how it plays out. It won't be thrown out prior to a Trial as the motion to dismiss has already been ruled on.
