Believe me if the scammer had any significant news about the Italian generators or merger he would not have reverse split . The reason for reverse split is that stock became illiquid with no bid no once would touch it

Yes the scammer will release some worthless prs after the reverse split to dump more shares but by the time you can sell this the stock will be under .02. From .25

The scammer if he really had something significant will cancell the reverse split and will PR some real news but no fluffy news .,but we know the outcome
