Don't fret over the split. It's not going to happen anyway, just as none of the events in previous CSJJ releases have occurred.

BTW: Technically, the lowest price which can be quoted is .000001--yes, six digits to the right of the decimal. Electronic systems can't handle this however and limit the resolution of trades to .0001. A NASD rule is pending SEC approval to change the lower limit to .0001.

Also, the six digit resolution is how stocks seem to trade at .0001 through hundreds of millions of shares. A trade at .00011 will print just like a trade at .00009--as .0001. Most online brokers won't trade stocks lower than .0001 and certainly not online. However, the scammers find (ahem) cooperative brokers who will trade in the miniscule increments.

The forward split is impossible with the current share structure. CSJJ has an authorized of 5BB and close to 4BB outstanding. 600BB shares would be required for the split, and of course they wouldn't be registered. Aside from the need to increase the company's authorized to accomodate the outrageous number of shares, I doubt that ANY state, even Nevada, would approve such an event under their blue sky laws.

As usual, this forward split gambit is nothing but sucker-bait.
