Most likely the person that prearranged the sell with a buyer. Either an individual or a MM. The arrangement allowed the buyer to make an instant 3.6M purchase without pushing the price up and paying more per share while at the same time allowed the seller to instantly sell 3.6M shares without driving the price down and taking less per share.
