Many posts have stated his company HDCC is a large shareholder in MJNA
If true the outcome of his case could have a huge impact on MJNA
Think about it.
IF he or his company are large shareholders in MJNA and IF he gets a felony conviction, that would make it very hard for MJNA to acquire any licenses to do anything with marijuana
Maybe they don't have any intentions to do anything with marijuana in the future and are content making hemp CBD products.
