IJJ Corp had previously announced its original court-ordered amount of stock for the Medical Marijuana expansion projects was not to exceed 2,094,857,143 shares of common stock.

it was previously announced that the number of IJJ shares to be issued would not exceed 1,020,867,796 shares.

This corporate action now further reduces that number to 625,029,345 IJJ shares.

I The 395,838,451 redeem shares will be returned to the treasury, thus reducing the outstanding shares by a like amount. .
