I've seen many on this board downplay this marina deal because all they want to hear is the MJ business end of UNGS....if he can develop different subsidiaries, in different sectors, what is wrong with that...yes we'd like to verify the authenticity and feasibility of this JV and how much it will mean to the bottom line of UNGS and to its shareholders...but he promised upcoming details of the deal and that's what we'll get in time..Mr Anderson knows that his credibility and timing of events is at stake..as much as I want to believe that the MJ business is still at play, I believe that revenues from it will take more time to generate than the Marina deal...there is no mistaken a physical Construction, which you can see in person or from satellite images..."the revenues will be proportional to cash investments". This week will be crucial in the details of the Marina deal or the MJ updates for the contract with Artemis Technologies, Gcc, superstore etc...again fluff will not do it and will further put mistrust and negative sentiments in shareholders minds...mutiny will ensue on this board.
