We just watched a beta-test streaming of a Hannover House movie from the Nanotech hosted VODwiz IPTV Channel. What an impressive and inspiring experience! The picture and sound quality were superb, the streaming was uninterrupted and to see the VODwiz LOGO on the Roku home page next to NETFLIX really underscores the vast potential that this channel and VOD streaming site pose: thousands of titles (most which are NOT available through other VOD portals) will be available to consumers to watch on a pay-per-transaction basis (at competitive or better pricing models than Amazon, VUDU, HULU, etc...).

VODwiz Roku (IPTV Channel) and V.O.D. Portal Site

UPDATE, JULY 16 - Hannover House and Nanotech are in the final phase of the pre-launch operational steps to launch both the Roku (Internet Protocol TV) Channel and the stand-alone Video-on-Demand portals (collectively known as the VODwiz venture). The initial beta-test will start with titles exclusively from the Hannover House library until logistics are tweaked and capacity issues measured... after which point in time, the titles from our partner supplier studios will be announced and added. Watch this blog over the new few days for instructions on how friends and shareholders of HHSE can access the Roku-enabled IPTV channel in order to stream titles through VODwiz and to provide thoughts and comments back to the Company prior to the official consumer launch. For the beta-testing stage, the Roku channel will post first... then days later, the V.O.D. website will be published. Exciting times, indeed!

Razorback Football Program - Video now COMPLETED!

More congratulations on production tasks today... Director / Editor JOSH IRWIN and his post-production team finished the edit and graphics early this morning on the "Arkansas Razorbacks Football 2013" video project, for release August 13 to Wal-Mart and other major retailers. This video is the first in a planned series of college-football programs targeting S.E.C. teams and other powerhouse college football programs (in conjunction with IMG College Sports and the various university Athletic Media Relations departments).

Hannover pegs initial three e-Books for July 23

Hannover House will release its first three e-Book format titles on July 23, with five additional titles slated for the 2nd half of 2013. E-Book platforms will include Amazon's KINDLE, Barnes & Noble's NOOK and other media formats for I-Tunes (I-Book) and 20-additional e-Book web streaming sites.

The first three e-Book releases will each also be available as print editions.

"One of the Lucky Ones" by Brenda Hancock (the authorized biography of her mother, Nicole Holland, who as a young girl in France during World War II, fought in the French Resistance while disguising her Jewish heritage); E-Book release July 23; Print edition now in stock.

The State of Arkansas currently has a twenty percent (20%) incentive rebate provision for qualifying motion picture and television productions. This was recently increased from 15%. Under the current structure, a movie -- such as "THE LEGEND OF BELLE STARR" (with a production budget of $1-mm to be spent in Arkansas) -- would be eligible for about $200,000 back from the State of Arkansas. There's an addition incentive from the State EDEC for a rebate of funds paid to tax-paying State of Arkansas residents or entities, which could add another 4% to the pool of rebates.

Over the past month, Fred Shefte and Eric Parkinson have traveled to Little Rock (the State Capitol) for meetings, including strategic discussions with the leaders of a new tax benefit for Arts & Entertainment (an ADDITIONAL 20% rebate for those projects meeting the specific requirements). This bill, HR 1980 and 1981, appear to have sufficient support to pass. If this occurs, a movie such as "THE LEGEND OF BELLE STARR" could receive up to 44% of its production costs back in State of Arkansas incentives. This total would be greater than Louisiana or Michigan (the current USA leading states for film incentives), and does not factor in the additional benefit of cost-of-living being lower in Arkansas (so "crews" cost less to start with than crews in Louisiana).

Already this year, an impressive number of new productions have benefited, including the just-wrapped football feature, "GREATER" and the start next week of the romantic-comedy "VALLEY INN." Status of Audits -- We've had a very positive development with respect to completing the 2011 and 2012 audits (note, that we have moved the covered years to reflect "the two most recent, full year periods" as required under EDGAR rules). Suffice it to say that our biggest obstacle in providing satisfactory support for H-T has been resolved to satisfaction. We will not "forecast" the release date of the audits (and the simultaneous filing of the Form 10 Registration Statement with the S.E.C., which is otherwise already completed); we'll just do it, then say, "Aha! Go check it out!"
