ON VODWIZ, EMAIL FROM EX NTEK CEO AS IT RELATES TO AND REGARDING HANNOVER HOUSE and VODWiz:

< We have no association with HHSE. We built a channel for

< them, and that was it. We can't control how they spin their

< share issuances. We haven't made any announcements or talked to

< HHSE since last year. They never delivered the content to make

< VODWiz a good channel. We got some test content, and that was it.
