Last I checked they weren't looking to get dispensary licenses so that is irrelevant at the moment.

Considering he hasn't been convicted as the trial is still pending, he isn't a felon unless he gets convicted.

Also, the statement made was that a company he and Sides were partners in were charged in a Fed mortgage fraud case, which is a false statement.
